Getting power consumption of house smart-meter into shelly app

I am looking for the simplest way to getting the data of the smart meter of my house into the shelly app.

In my electric cabinet there is the NZR LEPUS which has a IR optical interface which can be read out, sie attached photo.

 

Is there a simple way to get the current power data into the shelly app - e.g. to automatically switch on a shelly plug, if the photovoltaics produces more power than the house is consuming. The power of the photovoltaics is already available in the shelly app.

I don´t want to use a home automatisation-tool as io-broker, or a raspberry or other such more complex systems.

One option would be the shelly pro 3em, but this needs a electrician to built it into the electric cabinet.
