Only show power consuming devices when looking at power consumption

I have all my lights filtered by appliance type, but I have 100 lights, so I see from the energy by appliance type page that still 10w is being used for lights

 

I click the link but now I have a massive list of devices, by default this filter should only show active consumption devices
