buckwem Posted October 16 Share Posted October 16 I have seen some odd behaviour starting after a week or so of installing the Shelly 1PM Mini Gen3 in a UK light switch. When turning on the light with the app, it switches on, off and then on again multiple times. When using the physical switch I have to turn the switch down and then up for it to go on The device has gone offline (turning the light off on some occasions) and then came back online. This was all working perfectly. I have made two changes: i) I removed the cloud connection ii) I changed into eco mode. I can't seem to bring the relay back online now. Any ideas? Heinz Posted October 18 Share Posted October 18 The best way to get the device back is to login to the device via the IP address. There I would recommend that you update the firmware. After that you can disable and enable the cloud setting it should then work perfectly after that's done Quote Translate Revert translation?
