Hi - I’m struggling to get a Shelly Uni to connect to the cloud. I have two of them, one is connecting properly and available in the Shelly app, the other was at some point, but is now refusing to reconnect. I can access the device using the WebUI without problem.

I brought the Uni close to the router, rebooted it, factory reset, deleted it from the app, deleted the app and reinstalled the app, rebooted the router, etc,  but nothing worked. Once the Shelly Uni is factory reset, I can connect to its broacasted wifi, set it up with credentials to connect to my router. It connects and I can add the device to the Shelly app by scanning my network. I then get “pending connection” and eventually back to “device is offline”. Not sure what to do now.

When I connect to the Uni using the WebUI, the cloud icon is yellow (wifi is green, all bars) instead of green like the Uni that works properly. I’ve also tried connecting the device to the app by using the “Add via wifi (AP Scan)”, but I end up with the same result - available via WebUI but not the cloud. And yes, cloud functionality is enabled in the WebUI.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Bruno
