Nachtlicht

Die Nachtlichtfunktion schaltet sich willkürlich in der Nacht ab. Ich habe schon einen 2. Shelly Plus Plug S mit der Nachtlicht Funktion ausprobiert. 
Das Ergebnis ist das Gleiche. Die Firmware ist auf den neuesten Stand.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee wie man das Problem lösen kann?

Ich habe auch das Problem, komischerweise sind alle Geräte betroffen. 
gibt eine Lösung?

Funktioniert nur das Nachtlicht nicht oder gibt es auch bei anderen Schedules Probleme, also wenn man zeitgesteuert die Steckdose selber schaltet?

Habe nur das Problem mit Nachtlicht. Die Aktivierung erfolgt in time. Eigentlich soll es erst am nächsten Morgen wieder ausgehen, aber es täglich schaltet das Nachtlicht immer wieder unerwartet aus. Mal nach 1 Stunden, mal mitten in der Nacht. Scheduler sind keine definiert.

can you provide the logs of the device. And or the settings that you have on the device ? for the device to turn on and off randomly this will be quite odd

@Heinz ja das ist seltsam, ich ha das auch fallweise sporadisch.

 

was darf ich dir genau liefern?

would be good to understand the issue more in-depth to then know what the issue could be at the moment I'm most in a black box situation

not sure what is meant with night light is is the "LED indicator Night mode" ?

Hi @Heinz,

Yes, we are talking about the "LED indicator Night mode". Night mode is started at 21, but it goes off again at different times almost every day without any manual or automatic action being taken. Normally it should go off at 7 a.m. for me, but it usually just goes off in the middle of the night.

 

LED indicator Night mode

Socket is switched daily at sunrise and sunset.

Night light activation & deactivation is not listed in the logs.

i will try do the same test to see if i get the same issue.

when i tried it on a short time frame it worked with no issue. What would help me alot is to get the full logs of the device

 I would need this for a at least 2 day period to see what the devices does when it tried to turn on and off the LED night light.

ansonsten ja ist auch heute Dunkel nach einer Weile

 

ich habe nur den Nachtmodus aktiv und sonst keine Schaltungen hinterlegt

on the one log i dont see a list of what is happening 

the logs I need look something like this 
here you can see the example of me turning it on and off a few times and then a script starting with this type of log I can really see what the device is doing

leider lauft es bei mir zur Diagnose nur so lange wie das Browserfenster offen ist 😞

irgendwas funktioniert dabei nicht, was mache ich falsch? mein Fenster sieht anders aus als in deinem Link, siehe auch oben mein Bild

yeah but i know his issue the windows to the debug URL needs to be open to download the logs

ich kann ja den PC kaum 24h laufen lassen mit offenen Browser 😉 will ich mir irgendwie nicht antun

Das ist nicht praktikabel.

Ich dachte bisher, der Download stellt auch Daten bereit, die ohne dass der Browser verbunden war, gespeichert werden.

Wenn man per Download natürlich nur das runterladen kann, was während das Fenster offen war erzeugt wird, ist das in diesem Fall nicht hilfreich.

After the last few weeks so i did alot of tests with the Night light and i did not find anything strange. 

I changed the device from Power to Switch mode and added the option to know when its on and or off.
Then i added the night light mode for when the light should be on and then turn off.
