Shelly Wave Shutter Firmware Upgare

Hi!

We have in our home 7 Shelly Wave Shutter, which communicate with a Homey Pro (2023). In the last 3 weeks noticed we a problem with the shellys and needed more restart for the normally work. Other users wrote for the solution of the same problem, that we need to upgrade the firmware for the newest version (12.23). On our shellys is the oldest version (12.13).

I tried on many ways to upgrade the shelly for the new firmware (with aeotec Z-Stick 7, with the Homey app), but every time was failed. We have an error message, when the z-Stick 7 try to communicate with shellys ( OTA firmware upgrade initialization failed). 

Have you any idea what could we do with this problem?

The issue of the Shutters is solved with the update as you mentioned.

I didn't know that Homey has the possibility to do the OTA for the Z-Wave devices. From what I know you have to do the OTA with Homey using the PC controller that you have to add to Homey as a Z-Wave device. The PC controller get integrated as a secondary controller that you may use to do the OTA.
If this is what you're doing you should be able to do the update.

If not can you please explain how you're trying to do the update?
