Position of shutter not accurate

Hello,

Using g 2pm for window shutter. For me it is important to open it between 50% and 80%. 

But it is so inaccurate that I got always a Reduktion that after few days i get total wrong position. 

I have several different type of shutters and it is everywhere same problem.

Have you done the calibration of the devices? 

from what I understand you have multiple windows next to each other and then when window one is at 50% window 2 should be aligned with window 1 but it's sitting at a different position. 

just need to make sure we rule out a few things before I can provide the best answer.
