RobinR
Hello! I want to be able to control my shelly 1 mini (gen3) according to the electricity price. When the electricity price is low, it should be activated and high, it should be switched off. Can anyone help me how to do this? Quote Translate Revert translation? Dreckfresse
RobinR
okay. I thought you could control it directly through the Shelly app. I downloaded a script that allowed you to set which electricity zone you belong to and which price I want to set. Now that you say it, it feels very logical that it must be connected to some electricity supplier to sense the price. Know there is a site that can help me with that. towiat
Do you have a market-rate based contract with variable hourly prices? If yes, then I have written and published a script that should achieve what you want. It runs directly on the Shelly and can be configured to activate power output only during the cheapest hours (it retrieves the market prices from the Awattar API). There are a bunch of configuration options which are explained in the script.
