Switch between temperature control and on mode

I have Shelly plus 1 with add on at summer house to control heating. Before I go to summer house I turn on Shelly and its own thermostat will keep temperature at set point. When I leave summer house I turn off Shelly and enable actions, which turn it on and off according to Shelly temperature sensor. That is OK. Problem is that when I share device, others can not enable/disable actions and so if they turn on device, action will turn it off.

- Is there way to allow shared user enable/disable actions?

- or even better is there way to have virtual toggle button for device so that when user turn it on, it disable actions and turn on output on Shelly. Opposite when user turn it off, it enables actions to continue control output. This virtual button should be shareable.
