Shelly plus 1 no nutral

Hi I’m totally new to Shelly 

does the plus 1 need a neutral wire 

I am a uk resident and have uk standard 3 plate wiring so I don’t have a neutral wire at the switch 

how do I wire it if at all possible 

or should I get the standard Shelly 1

Yes, a neutral wire is required, for the Plus 1 but also for the old Shelly 1.

There is currently no Shelly device (except the Shelly Dimmer2) that works without a neutral wire

I use Shelly plus 1 without a neutral by adding a 24vdc power supply. Www.tracopower.com
