Paul_Dutch Posted September 4, 2024 Posted September 4, 2024 Most of the switches in houses have a maximum of 2 buttons, if there are more then you have just more switch units side by side. The new i4 is to big to fit behind most of the (2) button parts and are overkill. An i2 mini would be really nice for this. 1 Quote Translate Revert translation? Members mitchryan912 Posted November 14, 2024 Members Posted November 14, 2024 I would propose: i2 Mini Gen3 I've found that i4 Gen3 is a bit much for several of my installations, both the size of the device and the number of inputs required. I've never used all 4 inputs, and only twice have I used 3 inputs. It's mostly using a dual switch to 2 inputs of an i4 for a ceiling fan/light combo, or a single switch to only 1 input of an i4. Maybe this is already in the works, but if not, I have a few switch boxes that would appreciate the space savings. Quote Translate Revert translation? wooly Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 under a certain size you cannot go. so an i2 would have the same size of an i4 Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) French German Italian Polish Portuguese (European) Spanish
