Yes, indeed - this is possible via a „webhook“ or „action“. The transmitting Shelly has to be configured with this action, depending on an input signal (button push) or output change (e.g. output switched on). The command is a http: string, like 

http://192.168.1.157/relay/0?turn=on&timer=600

The IP address is that of the receiving Shelly. In this example, a timer is added, which turns the relay off after 10 minutes (600 seconds). To give you more hints, we would need to know what type the receiving Shelly is.
