honk013 Posted August 31 Posted August 31 Hello everyone, my name is Frank and I am a registered Newbie in your forum; age 59, living near Bremen in Germany. I am using for app. one year Shellys (as exchange for all the other switchable plugs) and since that time, I am reading in your forum. Now I do have an absolute "Basic Question": How do I have to program an action in the Shelly software / Browser-UI? Until now, I always used scenes for switching a plug or a relay, because I was not able to program an action (doesn't understand exactly what to do / didn't worked out)! With a scene it worked. But can an action also do the job? For example: I want my garden pump to run for one hour. Is it possible to do this job with an action and how should I program this action? I tried several times programming an action, but the relay or plug did nothing; there was no switching. I know, I can do it with a scene or a schedule. But what about the action? I really would like to understand this. Please; light up my mind. Or if you have a link for an explanation would be great. Cheers Frank Quote Translate Revert translation? honk013 Posted September 2 Author Posted September 2 Moin Moin, da hast Du vollkommen recht. Leider gibt es den "Befehl" nur in der APP und nur bei den eigenen Geräten. Wenn man ein Gerät geteilt hat, findet der andere in seiner APP den Punkt ausgegraut. Aus diesem Grund gehe ich bei dem zweiten über die Web UI und die sieht nur so aus:Damit will/muss ich es machen. Aus diesem Grund die Frage nach den Actions. Gruß Frank Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
