Shelly Plus 1, how to control by mobile w/o ethernet

Hi,

This is what I‘d like to do:

open garage door using my mobile phone. Phone is connected to the internet. 
Actor is a Plus 1, not connected to the internet. 
The garage is located far from home, so nether LAN nor WiFi is available. 
 

My idea:

My phone is connected to the internet and to shelly cloud. 
My phone and the Plus 1 both support Bluetooth, so they should be able to connect via BT. 
I expect to be able to switch the plus 1. 

Question:

How do configure plus 1 / shelly app to get it working?

Shellies der Generation 3 und Shellies der „Pro“-Serie sind über Bluetooth (BTHome) devices steuerbar. Das heißt, mit einem Shelly BLE Button könnte es funktionieren - sofern die BT-Reichweite es erlaubt.

Um das Ganze auch mit einem Smartphone zu realisieren, müsste eine App implementiert werden, die einen BLE-Button emuliert.
