Which firmware is currently installed? Then try a factory reset when booting: When booting and you see "Loading. Please wait..." under the "Shelly Wall Display" logo, you have 2 seconds to touch on the logo 5 times. Then the Factory Reset dialogs will appear. Ale Posted August 26 Author Share Posted August 26 The firmware is latest available. I have tried several time resert and restart and I can not exit from this screen. Also tried cutting the energy. All this attempt was from a distance with some person locally withut knowleage. I will get the device during this week. I am really disapointed with the termostat solution from shelly.
