Dear all,

I recently acquired and powered my first shelly device: a shelly 1 pm plus.

 

I opened the app, the shelly was found and I tried to add it. After typing my SSID and password, the shelly tried to connect, but after a while, a error message appeared listing several reasons of failure. The error message contained a link to Inclusion to shelly smart control.

I followed the instructions of the page, configured the shelly on the web interface, but adding the shelly in the app failed once again.

 

Meanwhile, I have the problem that the shelly is no longer found by the app. Also, the shelly does not build up its network and I cannot access its web interface anymore.

 

What could have gone wrong?

(I noticed that the shelly's LED steadily flashes red.)
