How to obtain firmware 1.3.3 for Gen2 devices?

I have 2 units of Plus1PM. I purchased them earlier this year and they appear to have been shipped out with version 1.0.7. I would like to update the firmware to check the functionality before filing a feature request.

These Shellies are not and will not be connected to the public internet, and they are in awkward location outside of my reach as thus my only way to update them is through "Firmware file image" or "Firmware file image link" sections in the admin panel.

I have tried some obvious ways to get the Shelly firmware thingy to output the firmware update to 1.3.3 by specifying additional information about my shelly in the headers, but I still get link to 1.4.0.
