Francodp
Good morning everyone. I have a big problem with the Shally Pro2 which controls, at each output, a heating system head. Let me premise that the head works on 230Vac with a power of 1.8W. The Shelly is powered at 230Vac and is connected by ethernet to the home network. Unfortunately, I have noticed that overheating of this component sends it into lockout, my question is but how does it dissipate such power if the connected load is 1.8W. I also tried setting the Eco function but nothing changes. The components get so hot! I also attach the log data with the data before the device lockout "switch:0": {    "id": 0,    "source": "init",    "output": true,    "temperature": {     "tC": 65.1,     "tF": 149.18    }   },   "switch:1": {    "id": 1,    "source": "init",    "output": true,    "temperature": {     "tC": 70.78,     "tF": 159.4     Thanks Franco

Moreover, heating protection kicks in to safeguard against overheating, shutting off the device at 95 degrees. and https://support.shelly.cloud/en/support/solutions/articles/103000221554-shelly-devices-operating-temperature  Your 70 degrees Celcius should therefore still be okay Edited August 15 by tvbshelly

tvbshelly
That is strange. According to the spec and the support article, the device should only switch off above 90 degrees Celsius due to overheating. The best thing to do is to open a support ticket: https://allterco.freshdesk.com/de/support/tickets/new?ticket_form=report_an_issue
