can't connect to cloud

Hi, I bought a shelly pro EM50A. I tried to connect it to my network initially via bluetooth pairing, and although the led would glow green (to indicate that wifi was connected and it was connected to the cloud), I didn't see it show up in the app. Next I tried starting it via Wifi AP and running the procedure by connecting to its IP. I activate the cloud (and see the cloud turn on), activate the wifi and as soon as I connect to the wifi it turns off the cloud. Trying to turn it back on it turns off a few seconds later. I have tried disabling the router firewall, connecting via ethernet, giving it a static IP, changing the DNS IP, updating the device to 1.4.0 but the result is the same. @Marcel65 i see this post was missed do you the issue with not connection to the cloud ?
