ALEX805
Newbie here, but I have successfully wired up a Shelly Uni Plus to my Topens Sliding Gate Opener model RK990(T) using information from another post in the forum about using the app button to function as a Switch - Edge - with auto off after 1 second. However, I'm struggling to figure out how I can use the input sensors (ideally one 1 digital and the analog) to monitor the status of the gate using the gate opener's limit switches (UP = open and DN = closed) in an effective manner. I've tried a few different wiring options, but I'm missing something. Is there a way to only use one of the digital sensors and the analog sensor, so I can save the 2nd digital sensor for another device? Any recommendations?   Edited August 11 by ALEX805
Members thgoebel
The above shown limit switches are for internal use of the door opener. We don’t know what circuit is behind the limit switches. Best practice is to use a separate magnet contact (reed switch), which has to be mounted at „close“ position of the door. This contact can be wired with the digital input of a Shelly UNI. Edited August 12 by thgoebel
