Victor
Hi, I have some shelly devices and I don't have problems until Gen3 devices. I have some shelly Plus 2 PM, one 0-10v, some 2 em, and it works correctly on my IOT Wifi (2Ghz with WPA and WPA2, and CCMP, GCMP, CCMP 256 and GCMP 256 ciphers enabled). The problem are with one 1PMM mini and one 1MiniG3. When I try to connect to wifi they cannot authenticate, and the wifi status is "Attemping to connect...". If I take out the authentication factor (open network) they can connect. I will attach on this toppic a diagnostic on fail connection and a diagnostic on OK connection. All devices are on 1.4 firmware version Any suggestion or idea that whats append? diagnostics-shelly-plus1pmmini-debug-log-FAIL.txt diagnostics-shelly-plus1pmmini-debug-log-OK.txt Edited August 6 by Victor Attach files

Heinz
on the Microtik system can you see the shelly device try to connect to the router? from the logs, it seems unable to manage a handshake to the DHCP server. are your wifi channels fixed on 9 and 12 and is the wifi on WPA2. could you make a test Vlan and SSID for the 2 devices that are not able to connect. I have a feeling its linked to the WPA2 and or wifi channels as its not able to even make contact to the DHCP server
Victor
I will try, but I think that It's not dhcp problem, because with no authentication method It works well
Heinz
give it a try I only noticed a DHCP type error in the logs
kk31
Hi, i have the same problem with identical hardware: Router Mikrotik hAP ax2 and wAP ac Shelly Mini1G3 I played a little bit with the encryption settings on the router, result: enable: ccmp/gcmp -> success enable: ccmp/gcmp/ccmp256 -> success enable: ccmp/gcmp/ccmp256/gcmp256 -> no authentication allways enabled: wpa2/wpa3 Maybe the problem is the gcmp256 encryption Cheers PS: forget, all other devices works flawless Edited August 15 by kk31
tvbshelly
As far as I know, Shelly currently only supports WPA2. With the Gen3 devices, WPA3 is probably possible on the ESP32 side, but is not currently used
