App crashes when button is pressed

hi, everytime I want to update or change settings on my Button the app wants me to press the button. So far so good. But when I press the button the app crashes.

This happens every time I need to confirm something with a button press.

Device 1
App Version: 3.103.21
OS: Android 13 - Patch level May 2024

Device 2
App Version: 3.103.21
OS: Android 14 - Patch level July 2024

Hello,

I have the same problem. I cannot update or change the settings of the following devices 

- Shelly blu door / window 

- Shelly blu motion

Everytime my press the buttons on the devices the Shelly App crashes. 

Can anybody help us?

I have save the problem bei updating the app. I haven't realized that there was in new update.

have you tried to update the blu device with the shelly BLE Debug app ?
