Jesús Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Hello! First of all, I'm new to Shelly devices. I have bought a PRO 1 PM to measure energy consumption in an area of the house. But I have two problems... 1) It tells me that it has version 0.11.0 and that there is an update to 1.3.3. I click Update and it shows 0% for half a minute and then it refreshes and doesn't update anything... I have tried to go to the interface: http://IP_MY_SHELLY/#/settings/networks/0 but it tells me when updating that it cannot be updated. Then I have looked here: http://archive.shelly-tools.de but when it says: Shelly type I don't know where to look which is mine... In short, I can't update from such an old version!!! 2) When I have installed it on my electricity panel, it controls my consumption and does it very well with an average of 300kw. The problem is that if I connect the air conditioning (300kw -> 600kw) then after a few seconds or minutes (this is random) my entire switch automatically turns off!!!! And it's funny because if I don't connect my air conditioning, then it never turns off... I have looked on the panel that the Wi-Fi is high, I have restarted the device, in Security I have seen that the protection of maximum power, maximum voltage and maximum current is at the maximum and never reaches the highest even if the air conditioning is turned on. I've also seen that it doesn't have timers but the problem is still there. Could someone help me? (A help, even if it's small, it's always grateful 🙂 ) Quote Translate Revert translation? Does the Shelly report an overvoltage or overcurrent alarm before switching off? Thank you very much!! The update problem was corrected, it went from v0.11 to v1.3->1.4!!! 🙂 THANK YOU! As for my second problem, no, in notifications there is no overvoltage error or anything like that, that's the strange thing. In fact, all the maximum protections (power, voltage, current...) do not exceed and are even very far from the limit... Do you have any ideas? Maybe it could have been a problem to have v0.11 and it's already corrected? I had to remove it so I would have to reconnect it again. Thank you!! 1 Quote Translate Revert translation? tvbshelly Posted August 1 Posted August 1 It may be that the new firmware reacts differently. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about this. Otherwise, some usual causes: excessive inrush currents due to inductive loads cut-off currents in motors (RC snubbers are installed near the motor to prevent this).
