Failing FW update

Hi I got my new Plus Bluetooth Gateway today and added in the app, but it fails to update FW:
Current is: 1.0.99-blugwprod1bledev
New is: stable (1.3.3)
In the debug log I get:

Any advice on what i can do?

I also connected a Shelly BLU HT via the gateway, and when trying to update FW  on that the android app crashes totaly...
