Hi I am trying to update a few Gen3 devices from 1.3.2. The first step is of course to update to 1.3.3. However This update fails (stuck in "initiaizing update", 0% progress and apparently times out).

We are currently investigating why some devices cannot be updated to the mandatory firmware 1.3.3. There will certainly be a fix for this soon. Thanks for your patience and thanks for the reports!

Two weeks ago I reported a weird error message in a beta version of FW 1.4.0 (see here). There was absolutely no reaction to this report and the spurious message is still there in the the final version of 1.4.0 and in the most current beta.

I would highly appreciate some kind of feedback or explanation about this.

I can confirm that the same message ("Call may not work as expected") is displayed when the script is executed on a Pro 3EM.

Where can I find the stock firmware (1.33) for the Shelly plus rgwb?

tried to find it but what’s the factory name for this device?

Is it:

SHPLRGBW….

SHRGWBPL….

Or what, I know there are files for:

SHRGBW2-white.zip, SHRGBW2- color.zip, SHRGBW2.zip and SHRGBWW-01.zip

This Shelly firmware upgrade/downgrade have been done way too complex.
I got Shelly Plug S gen3 delivered with old firmware 1.2.3 and now I don't have any change to go to 1.3 first and then to 1.4, which is the latest.

Standard update (WebUI or Control Center) don't propose any update. I assume reason being, that 1.4 don't sit on top of 1.2.3 without having 1.3 installed in between.
