I tested the on/off associations between shelly wave shutter / shelly wave 1 PM and shelly wave 1 PM Mini and Fibaro socket.
When you remove the z-wave dongle, the switch association delay is long, approximately 5 seconds between a click and the reaction. The modules all have the latest firmware, this is a bug with the firmware

Associations work perfectly with dongle z-wave connected but
