Shelly App shows devices offline however Netgear Router shows connected

Hi All,

I'm haven't trouble figuring out my problems. Here's the scenario.....  I use the Shelly app and all devices that are not connected to the cloud are shown offline. I'm at home connected with my phone to the LAN. I use Home Assistant and Node Red. The "offline" devices are available on my Netgear Router. I can log in directly to the IP address of the offline device. I check my Node Red flow, and I can turn on and off the switch without difficulty. I have reserved IP addresses for some of the devices. Other devices are set with a static ip in the Shelly app.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not much hair left on my head to pull out. 🙂

For the Shelly devices to show online they will need to have cloud enabled.
I checked the logs and it shows its disabled
