My SW is not responding. Indicator light always red. Any suggestions?

I am wiring my garage door opener.  I can open and shut the door, but the sensor does not change states depending on the status.  The light on the app is always red.

I have tested the reed switch for continuity with a voltmeter prior to installation and when I approach and distance the magnet it works as intended.

Any suggestions?

3 suggestions: Change the mode from Button to switch, change "Set relay power on default" to Turn OFF (with your setting the door opens after retrieving power, and, finally, overwork your wiring (too much copper visible).

as @horkatz mentioned change those settings and please make sure the copper is not exposed and has a flush connection its good practice and safer that was never know what might just go across the cables and any point
