TheElter Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 Hi all! After around 2 years my shelly Plus H&T went offline without any notice. I replaced the batteries and after some tries it restarted correctly. One month later is offline again... If I connect it with USB-C it works perfectly but with batteries is not working anymore. I tried cleaning up the battery sockets and be sure the metal pins connect properly to battteries but no way. What is happened? Any suggestion on how to fix it? PeterLe Posted July 13 Share Posted July 13 I have exactly the same issue with several of these devices, installed in different places (at home and in my company). This points to a firmware issue.
