Yes this is the Shelly forum " The Manufacturer" we are a community and help each other. 
Yes we can assist with all issues with in the forum but when its needed a ticket can still be opened on the main Shelly.com website. T

Insbesondere technische Fachbegriffe können die Addon´s nicht besonders gut. Schlechte Übersetzungen in Kombination mit 230V und laienhaftes Elektronikverständnis (wie es bei mir der Fall ist) kann böse Enden!

Sorry, das empfinde ich kontraproduktiv, zumindest für meine Bedürfnisse.

I understand that the translation isn't perfect, and there's a plan to improve it. The goal is to enable people worldwide to assist each other.

Since Germany is a significant part of the Shelly community, there are many German native speakers here, so communication regarding your questions shouldn't be an issue.

Regarding the smart home forum, yes, it still exists, but it is an enthusiast forum. Similar to the smart home forum, this forum is community-based, and we're all here to support one another. Having direct contact with Shelly staff is also beneficial.
