supportadmin Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 Do you mean that you have changed your ISP provider and now device is offline ? If so, there are the following options: 1. Set the same SSID and password as the old ones 2. Perform factory reset by holding the reset button for 10S, delete it from the app and start again with inclusion but this time include into your new network.
