hit url with ads voltage

Can anyone help

I need to hit a url with the adc voltage status for undervoltage trigger. The following is the formatted json string that works, but I want to replace the "Volts" element with the actual value

http://192.168.0.101:19170/{"Data":[{"Voltage_Level":"Volts","DeviceID":"Mustang"}]}

just need to replace Volts in the above example with the actual ADC value
