Er Regelt aber die Temperatur zwischen 19-22C was muss ich in der Einstellung ändern damit er feiner Regelt.

1. Wäre es möglich das man den Zeitplänen für das TRV in der Web Oberfläche sowie in der Control App Namen vergeben kann um sie besser zu unterscheiden wenn man sie häufig wechselt, zb. Frühschicht, Spätschicht und Nachtschicht oder Wiederholung nach 1,2,3,4,x Wochen usw.

2. Wenn ich das TRV auf Temperatur einstelle würde ich gerne entscheiden können ob ich per klick in der Web Oberfläche sowie in der Control App im 0,1°C oder 0,5°C oder 1°C einstelle, momentan muss ich 10x klicken um 1°C zu erhöhen oder abzusenken.

The URLs work when accessed in a browser. Both the sensors and relays are connected to the cloud (the sensors show a yellow cloud, the relays a green one). Apparently, with the new firmware, the sensors do not turn on the lights even though motion is detected in the app. What is the problem?

Even restarting the affected devices does not help. In the app, there is an option to allow support access. How can this be done?

  • GW data:

    • Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3,

    • ver: 1.7.0| 6d4afb10.

  • TRV DATA:

    • Current firmware version 20250521-113546/v1.2.6@9d6508ac,

    • Current boot loader version v 5.

  • Other:

    • over 30 TRVs,

    • only one TRV upgrade at time on complete population of TRVs,

    • several Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3 with 3..4 (only one with 5) TRVs per GW,

    • all TRVs: “Enable automatic temperature control” --> Enable “unchecked” (manual mode).

    • I noticed that:

      • this is GW specific (only some some GWs with problems),

      • problematic GWs with TRV count: either 4 or 5 TRVs per GW,

      • all GWs have latest Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3 ver 1.7.0 firmware.

 

Upgrade procedure for problematic GWs:

  • switch GW power off,

  • wait 30 sec,

  • switch GW power on,

  • check that GW is operational,

  • wait 3 minutes,

  • TRV reboot,

  • check that »Last seen« timestamp of TRV is green,

  • wait 3 minutes,

  • check for update with “Check for update”,

  • perform upgrade with “Update firmware”.

 

Result:

  • Upgrade dies at about 94% download (last status print out).

  • Error code: “Remote TRV (Error: INTERNAL: download error: Write failed!)”

 

My guess:

  • issues related on GW communication between WiFi and BLE protocol stack shown on GWs with 4 or 5 TRVs,

  • if packed from either side does not arrive on time, session should be handled in a way to extend expected timing for packet arrival from either side (timeout handling).

I have installed my domotica network few months ago and it worked properly without any issue.

Now, I changed the italian internet provider from Tiscali to Iliad, they changed also the router.

I have a problem, I am not able to configure the TRV in the new network because it does not recognize the device. The device seems to complete properly the configuration by app (when it is in AP mode) but it is always offline when I search it by the wifi network.

I also tried to configure the network manually but with same result.

I guess there is a configuration wifi issue between TRV and the new ILIAD box router.

Could anyone help me?
