So this product is quite new I'd like to just put this in here in case someone else has a similar issue.

It's been working really well so far, and I do like the power factor metering. All of the measurements have been very consistent with other metering devices I have around the house. So the Strip 4 seems to be quite accurate and consistent.

That being said. I did encounter my first bug where channel 4 which runs a coffee maker maxing out at about 1500 watts just didn't measure use at all today. I tested with a phone charger in the same socket and the measurements were still 0 watts. The other 3 sockets worked perfectly and registered both the coffee maker and the phone charger just fine. A restart of the strip from the app solved the issue immediately without loosing power on any sockets so probably just some bug that might be just a one time instance. I could still turn on and off the relay on channel 4 so connection and everything was fine, but channel 4 just didn't register amps and therefore not watts/usage.

If anyone else has had similar experience or manages to replicate the issue perhaps post your experiences here and we might get some bug-hunting?

Device had had an total uptime of a little over 31 hours at the time of the issue.

	Hello,

I wonder if anyone else have experienced something similar. The device had switched off all 4 sockets without any foreseeable reason. And it kept them off until manual activation.

Is there any possible reason this to have been part of an expected behavior? Or I should consider it as a bug?

I have two power strips for just over a day now. Only one of them had this behavior once.

It is connected to WiFi (for device's UI usage) and it is also connected to Home Assistant via Zigbee (ZHA). Only two of the sockets are part of automations that control their status. The other two sockets switches are not even mentioned in any automation or dashboard. I do monitor the power usage of all 4 sockets.

The devices doesn't report any new firmware updates, and I assume this one is the current one: 1.7.99-powerstripg4prod1

	Best Regards!
Just received a bunch of these for testing and when I set one up with a password, I'm unable to add it to Home Assistant using the native integration.
Every time I put in the password, I get a credential error. I am able to login to the web interface using the exact same password.
The password is 46 chars long if that matters.
After initial setup of the Power Strip, everything works perfectly. However, if a static IP address is assigned in the Power Strip's web interface (identical to the previous DHCP address), the strip loses its network connection and can only be reconnected to the Wi-Fi network after a complete reset.

Hi everyone, I just bought the new Power Strip 4 Gen4. The product page promises 'individual multicolor LED indication' for each of the 4 outlets. However, Shelly Support confirmed that the current firmware (20250819) only allows global control (index 0).

As a power user (Home Assistant), I need to use the LED rings to show different statuses (like Tempo electricity days or specific appliance states). Please upvote this if you also want the API to support
switch:1
,
switch:2
, and
switch:3
as advertised!

Look at this device i found at Obi-italia some days ago:

It is a very smart one since it give you 4 CEI 23-50 P 40 sockets and fit in a standard 503 wallbox used normally for one or two sockets.
Shelly could make the wall version of power strip in two versions:
one with all the four socket (could be a problem to squeeze all the relays inside) independent, another that probably would be even more sueful and cheaper having socket 1 and 2 controlled by one channel, socket 3 by second channel and socket 4 always on. De facto a 2PM put inside.
With clever squeezing of internal additional components, could be also a multistandard socket, accepting also standard IEC 60906-1 and SN441011 (it may easily have more ground connections, just by making addinonal holes and modifying the blades of the contacts, in the same way that is made for the power ones to accommodate CEE 7/7 and CEI 23-50 S 17 )

If these were true would that means that the buttons hare hardwired to such functions or that these are the default functions, but you may set as detached as in normal shellies (so you cannot use two three and long click to set different timing or to send controls to other devices ?)
Would this mean that each of the four sockets may use matter or zigbee firmware, indipendently by the others ?
Or the document linked was a prerelease, still to be refined ?
